Skip permit: London Borough of Sutton
If the skip sits on a public road in the London Borough of Sutton area, you need a highway skip licence. On the council page checked 12 Sep 2026: £153.48 for 28 days. skip companies only. A skip wholly on private land you control does not need this licence. Some London roads are TfL-controlled red routes – the borough page will not cover those.
